Northwest Home Health and Rehab is taking all of the necessary precautions to keep our patients, staff and the community safe. We are monitoring updates from the Illinois Department of Public Health and following CDC Guidelines. We are currently accepting COVID-19 positive patients.
- Our clinicians are supplied with the appropriate personal protective equipment following CDC Guidelines and have been trained on the proper use and disposal of this equipment.
- Our clinicians are screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms.
- Our clinicians have received training on COVID-19 and the various infection control policies our agency has put into place.
- Patients are contacted prior to being visited to screen for COVID-19 symptoms.
We will continue to update COVID-19 policies and procedures as needed.
